About Me

Hi, I’m Rob Haigh, Managing Director of RH Chartered Surveyors (RHCS). I founded RHCS in 2019, and in just five years, we've grown into a trusted, successful firm delivering expert, affordable commercial property advice.

Personal Life

I'm a Nottingham native with a passion for property and family. My wife, Natasha, and I have been together since we were 17. We now have three wonderful children: Lydia, Cooper, and Parker, who inspire me every day to keep learning, growing, and providing the best for them.

When I’m not working, I’m spending time with family and friends, keeping up with sports - especially football (Forest fan, for better or worse) - and supporting my kids as they explore their own interests. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for them.

Professional Career

My career has been a fast-paced journey with constant challenges and growth. After completing my Real Estate BSc at Nottingham Trent University in 2012, I began my career at Fisher German LLP, where I gained invaluable experience in all aspects of commercial property.

After becoming an MRICS Member in 2014, I progressed quickly, taking on roles at Harris Lamb and Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH). At 28, I became one of the youngest Associate Directors at LSH, leading the Industrial Agency Divisions across the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.

While I thrived in these roles, I realised I wanted to take control of my destiny, and so RHCS was born. My goal was clear: to offer expert, affordable advice to property owners and occupiers, and make a real difference to their businesses—something I could do by keeping costs well below corporate competitors.

Since founding RHCS, we’ve become known for offering the very best professional advice, delivered personally and with passion. Our clients benefit from top-tier service, accessible expertise, and a bespoke approach that’s focused on delivering visible, measurable results.
