RH Chartered Surveyors (RHCS) recently represented Oversolve Ltd in a successful rent dispute against their landlord. Oversolve, a long-standing tenant at Robin Hood Industrial Estate in Nottingham, occupy approximately 14,000 sq ft across three industrial units, and sought our assistance when they received a staggering 67% rent increase proposal for their latest rent review.
With the industrial market experiencing significant growth since the current lease commenced in 2016, Oversolve were aware that their rent would likely increase. However, they were taken aback by the excessive proposal put forth by their landlord.
